Cancelation Fee Policy
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
This allows us to fill the time slot and avoid missed opportunities. We will charge the regular fee if you cancel with less than 24 hour's notice or do not show up.
To cancel an appointment, contact us via email, phone call, or text. Missed appointments are non-refundable. Please treat therapy as you would any medical appointment.
Mental Health Professionals make final decisions regarding support animals, Inappropiate behavior will result in termination of services without a refund.

Notice About the No Surprises Act
Our practice operates outside the network of insurance providers, and to ensure that our patients are aware of the cost of services, we provide complete transparency regarding our fees. This is a principle that we have always adhered to, not only as a matter of ethics but also because it's crucial to establish a relationship of trust and integrity with our clients.
The Federal No Surprises Act was passed on January 1, 2022 to protect patients from unexpected medical bills. All licensed healthcare providers who offer out-of-network services must post a notice of “your rights and protections against surprise medical bills” on their websites or in their physical offices. Many people have suffered from surprise medical bills in the past, especially in emergency or surgical care where out-of-network providers are involved without the patient's knowledge. However, such a situation is unlikely to occur if you receive services at our practice. Additionally, we do not engage in surprise balances or billing for mental health services. We will provide a Good Faith Estimate of the costs of services before your first session and during treatment as required by the Act. You can always ask any of our clinicians about any costs that you may be unsure of, and they will provide clear and accurate information to you. Our prices are also displayed on our site.
